Welcome to the esteemed group of individuals who have been thoughtfully chosen to share their lives with one of the world's most enchanting kittens. With this privilege comes the understanding that PURRXOTICS Cattery retains the discretion to withdraw the sale/adoption of any kitten at any juncture, for undisclosed reasons. This decision is underpinned by our unwavering commitment to the kitten's well-being, requirements, and the pursuit of its forever home. Should PURRXOTICS, Ana Gomez, choose to rescind the sale/adoption, a full refund of the deposit will be promptly arranged.

At Purrxotics Cattery, we place paramount importance on your feline companion's health and needs, and we trust that you share this commitment.

These remarkable cats come with a health certificate, thoughtfully endorsed by a certified veterinarian, along with an inclusive record of vaccinations and/or tests. For more comprehensive details, kindly refer to the accompanying health records.

Deposit and Payment Terms

Every kitten demands a nonrefundable deposit, which will contribute towards the final agreed-upon price. If the kitten is fully paid for prior to collection, but not subsequently collected, abandoned, or for any reason unadopted, all funds will remain non-refundable. These funds will be judiciously allocated to ensure the continued care of the kitten until a suitable permanent home is identified.

48 Hour Veterinary Examination

The buyer is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of the kitten's arrival, for the guarantee to remain in force. Failure to adhere to this stipulation within the prescribed timeframe will result in the voiding of the guarantee.

Beyond the initial 48-hour health guarantee period, the seller cannot be held accountable for future diagnoses of bacterial or viral infectious diseases, giardia, parasites, fungi, FeLV, or FIP. These conditions can be contracted from various environments post-departure and are unrelated to genetics or breeding.

In the rare instance of a congenital defect being identified during the initial examination, the kitten will be replaced. For any congenital defect, Purrxotics Cattery mandates a veterinary assessment report, supported by a corroborative second opinion from another certified veterinarian.

Following the transfer of ownership, any subsequent veterinary expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Hairlessness, Health, and Veterinary Care

It is important to note that PURRXOTICS Cattery cannot ensure the extent of a kitten's hairlessness, as this characteristic is influenced by hormonal and climatic shifts.

The kitten's health is paramount, and necessary veterinary attention will always be extended. In situations where the need for medical care is uncertain, the guidance of a veterinarian will be sought, and their recommendations followed meticulously.

PURRXOTICS will not be liable for illnesses or veterinary bills arising from interactions between the new kitten/cat and existing pets. It is advisable to observe a two-week quarantine for the new arrival in its new home.

The buyer wholeheartedly accepts the responsibility of safeguarding the kitten/cat from diseases, ailments, parasites, and fungi. Purrxotics will not be held accountable for any warranty related to adverse reactions from future vaccinations.

Congenital Defect Replacement Terms

In the unfortunate event of a congenital defect leading to the kitten's demise within the initial 3 years of its life, an autopsy is mandatory. Should the autopsy confirm a congenital defect, the kitten/cat will be replaced. The expenses of the autopsy will be borne by the buyer, and the replacement will be arranged based on availability and autopsy findings.

The replacement will involve a kitten/cat of comparable quality and value, contingent upon availability and the outcome of the autopsy. Replacement will only be undertaken if the autopsy results indicate a congenital defect. This same course of action will be applied if the new kitten check-up during the initial 48 hours of possession reveals an untreatable, life-threatening defect or illness. In both cases, providing written veterinary proof to Purrxotics will be essential for validation.

Shipping expenses for returning the cat to Purrxotics and receiving the replacement kitten fall on the buyer.

Shipping, Placement, and Rehoming

For shipped kittens, Purrxotics Cattery cannot be held liable for any injury or loss sustained during the flight.

The buyer solemnly agrees that, under no circumstances, will the kitten ever be sold or given to a pet shop, animal shelter, research facility, or any analogous establishment.

In the event that the buyer, for any reason including demise, is unable to retain the kitten/cat, it will be entrusted to PURRXOTICS to ensure its placement in a qualified home, cognizant of the breed's demanding care.

Prospective buyers on the waiting list will be informed of their standing. The breeder reserves the right to temporarily reserve kittens for the program's advancement. If demand exceeds the availability of kittens within a specific litter, the buyer may opt for the subsequent scheduled litter or defer to a specific litter slated for a later date.

HCM, Sterilization, and Buyer Responsibility

In the case of an HCM diagnosis, it is mandatory to conduct an upper respiratory PCR panel and bordetella test.

All kittens are surgically sterilized before transitioning to pet homes, except in cases of kittens intended for show/breeding.

In the event that the buyer becomes unable to fulfill the care responsibilities for the cat/kitten, PURRXOTICS must be notified, and the cat/kitten duly surrendered.

Your cooperation is kindly requested, and I urge you to reach out if ever you find yourself unable to care for the cat for any reason. Please be aware that you do not possess the authority to sell or rehome the cat/kitten.

Non-Disparagement Agreement

A non-disparagement agreement is hereby established and shall be binding between the adopter, their family, and Purrxotics Cattery, Ana Gomez.

Now therefore, with the mutual promises outlined herein, and with the intent of being legally bound, the parties hereby consent to the following terms: in this context, disparage encompasses any negative expression, whether spoken or written, about Purrxotics Cattery or Ana Gomez.

The adopter and their family recognize that any disparaging comments, whether made by them directly or through third parties, that intend to criticize or cast aspersions on Purrxotics Cattery, its affiliates, or respective officers, have the potential to significantly tarnish the reputation of Purrxotics Cattery. Therefore, the adopter and their family pledge to act in good faith, abstaining from actions that could mar the reputation of Purrxotics Cattery or its proprietors.

Declawing, Signature, and Breach Terms

The act of declawing or tattooing is strictly prohibited. Initial: __________.

This document stands as a legally binding contract. By affixing your signature, the new owner acknowledges having comprehensively read, understood, and willingly agreed to all the terms and conditions stipulated above.

Both parties affirm their understanding of their right to seek legal counsel and confirm that they have had the opportunity to consult attorneys of their choice. They acknowledge having perused and comprehended all the provisions of this agreement, entering into it freely, knowingly, and voluntarily.

In the event of a contract breach, the adopter named above agrees to fully cover Purrxotics, Ana Gomez's court and attorney costs and fees, in addition to a breach of contract penalty fee of $5000. Any health guarantees associated with the kitten will be rendered null and void.

Rest assured that I will diligently uphold the enforcement of this contract within the bounds of the law. Thank you for your commitment.
